Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at QuaintlyKate.  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


We only accept cancellations 1 hour after the order has been placed as creation of the order after it is placed is/can be expedient.


As most of our items are personalised, we do not accept returns for personalised orders

If your item, is generic and non personalised, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Return Postage/Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Personalised Orders/PDF’s – Wedding Stationery

We ask that all clients double-check final proofs with extra care before giving final approval.  

Some personalised items (Wedding Stationery) may require the client to be sent a PDF for checking to ensure all elements, such as details, descriptions, wording and names, are accurate and precise. 

It is the FULL responsibility of the client to ensure they check all PDF’s thoroughly & inform QuaintlyKate of any errors so this can be addressed.

Any mistakes after printing will be the responsibility of the client, including: 

misspellings, punctuation and grammatical errors, design layout, and ink colour choices etc

QuaintlyKate will only reprint an order at no charge if:

  1. the items received do not match the final proofs as approved by the client (Wedding Stationery)
  2. the item received does not match the information sent by the client (Cards/Prints)
